We try our best to deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that everything is in stock. Because our product range is so wide and varied, we are sometimes dependent on the stock of our suppliers.


  • Prior to delivery you will receive a notification by e-mail to inform you of the planned delivery date. All deliveries take place between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, please ensure that you provide the correct address during the checkout process.
  • If the package has been opened or seal broken, you cannot return the item anymore.
  • Wrong items ordered can be returned, however only if unopened and unused.
  • If the wrong product is delivered please contact us as soon as possible for an exchange. If you use the product anyway we cannot take it back.
  • Ordered items that have not been (fully) paid yet, remain our property and may be recovered.
